Children are our special guests at White Park Dental. We understand that finding a children’s dentist in Concord, NH presents you with many choices. Of course, you want to make sure that your child has great dental care, but a dimension that is rarely discussed is making sure that your little one has a good emotional experience at the dentist too.

Dental anxiety is common among adults and can be passed down to children through subtle clues in parents’ behaviors. We can discuss ways that you can support your child having a positive attitude toward dentistry. Our commitment is that we will always provide a positive, fun, interactive experience for your child.

Your child is precious and we provide the type of gentle dentistry we want for our own kids. We explain their treatment in terms they understand, taking the fear out of the unknown. When your child comes to our office for a successful visit, we will join in their celebration and make sure they feel like they are doing a great job when they learn and discover ways to promote a healthy smile. We don’t scold or pressure kids. Instead, we reward good behaviors and focus on positive advancements in their oral health. We work at their pace.

Developing Good Habits

Developing good oral care habits early in life will help your child maintain a healthier smile as an adult. Healthy baby teeth are the blueprint for permanent, adult teeth, so taking care of them properly is essential.

The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry states that toddlers should visit the dentist by their first birthday. If it is time for your little one’s first visit to our office, we enthusiastically welcome you to come in and give us a try. You will have plenty of time with our dentists to discuss your child’s smile and dental development. We look forward to welcoming you and your family!
